CPGA is a not-for-profit association of publicly owned natural gas utilities in the Carolinas.

At the CPGA Annual Conference in September 2022, the Board of Directors established a Scholarship Committee to encourage further education. The fund is for financial assistance to CPGA system members and associate members employee’s dependent child or grandchild. Monies from the Scholarship Fund are to be used to further professional education or training.
There will be a CPGA Utility Locator Training on April 28-29, 2026. The training will be from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm each day with lunch provided. The training will be conducted by Greenville Utilities Commission at the large training room located at 711 Utility Way, Greenville, NC 27834. More information below on the location. Cost is $200.
