Join CPGA for a Gas Measurement and Pressure Regulation Training at York County Natural Gas Authority March 12-13, 2024.
The training will be conducted by our valued member Bartlett Controls (Corey Hughes and Mark Holland). The cost of the training is $200 and the schedule is outlined below.
Tuesday, March 12:
- 1 pm - 4 pm: Principals of Gas Measurement: This class will explore gas measurement theory, applications, equipment maintenance, and sizing considerations; with special focus on rotary meters and ultrasonic meters.
Wednesday, March 13:
- 9 am - 12 pm: Fundamentals of Pressure Regulation –This course will cover everything from spring-operated regulators, to pilot-operated regulators and control valves. The discussion will center around pressure regulation equipment selection, sizing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- 12 pm: Join CPGA Board Members and System Operators for lunch
Both classes will be divided between classroom discussion and hands-on training, utilizing demo rotary meters, and Bartlett Controls’ regulator station trailer.
