North Carolina 811, is a non-profit organization funded by its member facilities. We take locate information from anyone engaged in excavation activities.  An excavator may include contractors, utilities, and homeowners.  The information about proposed excavation is transmitted to the member facility owners that provide service in the requested excavation area. We have a variety of member facility owners including utilities, municipalities, universities, and homeowner’s associations.

ODIN engineers and coordinates installation of energy infrastructure projects for utility service providers. These facilities deliver power and heat to millions, reducing dependence on coal and oil. ODIN exists to support a safe, optimized, sustainable energy delivery future for our neighbors. Our mission is to strive to achieve this vision through engineering and constructing of new and improved utility facilities for our clients, modernization and data visualization within these facilities, and integration of new technologies and delivery mechanisms.

Patriots Energy Group (PEG) is a joint agency under South Carolina law, organized as a public body and a body corporate and politic in 2003, pursuant to the state’s Joint Agency Act. PEG is governed by a six-person Board of Directors and has three members that are natural gas authorities located in the north central region of South Carolina: Chester County Natural Gas Authority (CCNGA), Lancaster County Natural Gas Authority (LCNGA) and York County Natural Gas Authority (YCNGA) (the Members or Authorities).
