The Shelby utilities system is a municipally owned and operated public utility system which provides our residential, commercial and industrial customers with: Water, Sewer, Electric and Natural Gas. In addition to the four utilities, the offices for the Stormwater Department and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Department are located at the Utilities Operations Center.
